Celebrating the Emancipation Proclamation

The Hays-Heighe House is proud to host the exhibit Emancipation and its Legacies from the Gilder-Lehrman Institute of American History through the month of February! Come Thursday, February 21 at 3:30pm for a special presentation by Dr. Jamie Karmel of Harford Community College's History department.
